| Service Delivery | Service Delivery:Counseling will be provided online (via Zoom, etc.) at the scheduled date and time. A link to the session will be sent to your registered email address at least one hour before the appointment starts. |
| Cancellations | 【Cancellation Policy】 No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once the counseling session has been provided. Changes & Cancellations: Please contact us via email or phone at least 4 days prior to your appointment. (Note: No cancellation fees apply to insurance-covered medical services.) Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms: Requests must be submitted at least 4 days prior to the appointment (by 5:00 PM JST on business days). – 4 or more days notice: No cancellation fee. – 2–3 days notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged. Refund: 50% of the total amount paid. Rescheduling: An additional 50% fee will be required. – 1 day before or on the day of the appointment: 100% cancellation fee (Non-refundable). A new payment will be required for any re-bookings. *Note: Exceptions may apply in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as accidents or natural disasters. |
