    FAQ

What makes your clinic different from others?
    1. We take the time to listen carefully to each patient’s concerns and provide thorough medical examinations and treatments.
    2. For children, we listen closely to the concerns of the parents and observe the child’s responses and behavior during the consultation.
    3. During consultations, the clinic is essentially reserved for private use, so patients will not encounter others while visiting. We believe it’s important for patients to feel at ease in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
    Can anyone get a consultation?
    1. There is no age limit, anyone can come for a consultation. However, if you are seeking child development support, please ensure that you have already completed the 18-month checkup.
    2. We are happy to answer any questions you may have, whether it’s your first visit or an online consultation.
    3. Please feel free to make a reservation here.
Can I use my insurance card?

Yes, we do accept all insurance.

However, if you are a foreign national with overseas travel insurance or a U.S. military retirement medical plan, you may be eligible for a free consultation if you contact us in advance.
