・Azabu Juban Clinic is currently accepting new patients under Japanese Insurance System, including NHI(National Health Insurance)and SHI(Social Health Insurance).

・ If you are a tourist and would like to use your international travel insurance, we are here to help you.

・Azabu juban Clinic operates by appointment only. We provide internal medicine, psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine services. Our doctors have experience in family medicine, internal medicine and psychiatry both in Japan and the United States.

Annual health check-ups and all sorts of vaccinations are available. Please contact us in advance of your international trevels.

・We will provide support children’s development disoders such as ADHD and ASD, depression, insomnia, anxiety disorders.

In my practice, I strive to be approachable, sincere, and truly engaged with each of my patients. I believe that the key to successful care is a collaborative provider-patient relationship. My role isn’t to dictate what a patient should do, but rather to empower them by providing clear information about their treatment options. Together, we work to choose the best path forward based on their unique needs and goals.
